Jen Tutak

Jen Tutak is a Senior Manager in Deloitte Consulting’s Government and Public Services practice, where she advises government officials, military leaders, and university executives on strategy, performance improvement, workforce development, and change management. Prior to Deloitte, Jen worked as an Admissions Director for the University of Hawa’ii and taught in France on a Fulbright Fellowship. Given her interests at the intersection of business, government, and education, Jen graduated with her Master’s in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, which she earned concurrently in a dual degree program for her Master’s of Business Administration at the MIT Sloan School of Management. During that time she was a Harvard College Proctor in Stoughton South. She also holds her Master’s of Education degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education's Higher Education program. Hailing from Clearwater, Florida, she received her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College. While at Harvard, Jen co-founded a purpose-driven leadership development program for graduate students that she later scaled to MIT. More than 800 graduate students have participated in 25 cohorts since the program’s founding. Jen has served as an alumni admissions reader for the Harvard Kennedy School, and she currently sits on three Harvard alumni boards. Jen splits time residentially between Cambridge, Tampa Bay, and the metro DC area, though she travels every chance she gets—her most profound trips to date have been to Bhutan, Cuba, and North Korea.
