Jerry George Nelluvelil

Hello! I'm Jerry Nelluvelil, a Harvard College (c/o 2018, Linguistics and Neurobiology joint concentrator with a French citation) and current PhD student at the Harvard Graduate School of Education studying math education and mistake-making. Before returning to Cambridge, I was a high school math teacher for 6 years in the East Bay Area, California through the Harvard Teacher Fellows (now TTL) program. Though I wasn't in Kirkland during my time at the College, I'm thrilled to join this vibrant community and take part in its traditions. I'm excited for the opportunity to support Harvard College students navigating the crazy, confusing, magical, and difficult experience that is this college-just-outside-of-Boston-no-not-Tufts. Outside of school (though I love it), I enjoy spending time with friends, baking, trying out workout classes, and finding the best cold brew in the area (current top spot: George Howell).
