Will Hennessy

I’m a second-year MBA student at Harvard Business School, originally from New Canaan, CT, with chapters of my life in New York and Salt Lake City. Before graduate school, I studied Management and Computer Science at Boston College, where I first became fascinated by the intersection of learning and media. That passion led me to TED, where over seven years I helped grow the global TEDx community and launched the TED Audio Collective.

At HBS, I’m pivoting into consulting while continuing to explore how media, K–12 education, and strategy can come together to drive meaningful impact. I love connecting with others curious about these intersections or navigating their own career transitions. Outside of my career, you’ll find me leading the HBS PRIDE Club, running, biking, joining walking tours, or around a board game table.
